Job Description: Cook

We are seeking a dedicated Cook to accurately and efficiently prepare dishes that meet our culinary and aesthetic standards. The Cook will be responsible for preparing mise en place, maintaining their assigned station, and ensuring proper kitchen closure to promote a healthy work environment. Responsibilities and requirements may vary based on the specific role within the culinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Execute food products that meet culinary standards.
2. Maintain understanding of cooking times and temperatures as directed by the Chef Team.
3. Follow proper kitchen opening and closing protocols.
4. Handle, store, and rotate all products properly.

Additional Responsibilities, Skills, and Abilities:

• Report to scheduled shifts, meetings, and events on time and prepared to work.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation and area.
• Bring personal cutlery tools/knife roll to work.

Qualifications:

• Culinary degree preferred but not required.
• Food Handlers Certification required at the time of hire.
