Job Description:

Join our team on the line as a protein specialist. Proficient in sautéing and cooking meat, fish, and chicken. Responsibilities include prepping for service, maintaining your station, multitasking, and assisting at other stations if needed. We operate during regular business hours from Wednesday to Saturday, 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with prep and cleanup required afterwards. The position offers some flexibility, with hours from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM on some days, including private events.
