Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute culinary staff to prepare items for hotel restaurant and catering functions.
• Understand food cost and portion control without sacrificing quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and restaurant.
• Accommodate guests’ special requests.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area.
• Coordinate catering reservations and collaborate with Sales.
• Assist with inventory and receiving of F&B products.
