Job summary

Cozzini Bros., Inc. in Hopewell Junction, NY is seeking a reliable team member to operate a section of our state-of-the-art knife sharpening line. You will perform grinding, edging, honing, buffing, sanitizing and box out, rotating through all tasks to keep throughput high and quality consistent.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork and attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with a potential $2.00 raise after a successful 90-day probation.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual and detail-oriented.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Willingness to rotate through tasks and learn grinding equipment.
• Commitment to safety policies and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and rotate through sharpening line tasks: grinding, edging, honing, buffing, sanitizing, drying, box out.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Report quality/quantity variances to management.
• Move products between staging and production areas.
