The role requires reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with a 90-day probation, and a possible $2.00 hourly increase upon successful completion of the probationary

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods during shift.
• Able to learn and operate knife grinding machinery.
• Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic.
• Ability to rotate through all sharpening tasks.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and obey safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate a section of the knife sharpening line.
• Grind, edge, hone, buff, sanitize, dry, and box out blades.
• Move products between staging and production areas.
• Maintain equipment and inspect for quality.
• Report quality or quantity variances to management.
