Job summary

Cozzini Bros, Inc. in Hopewell Junction, NY is seeking a reliable team member for our state-of-the-art knife sharpening line. You will grind, edge, hone, and inspect blades for delivery to our customers in a fast-paced production setting.

You will rotate through stations, maintain cleanliness, and follow safety procedures. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with a potential $2.00/hour raise after a 90-day probation if performance meets expectations. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:45 PM.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long shifts and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must follow safety procedures and use PPE as required.
• Must be able to learn and operate knife grinding machinery and maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate sharpener line including grinding, edging, honing, buffing, sanitizing.
• Rotate through tasks to maintain throughput and quality.
• Keep equipment and work area clean and organized.
• Adhere to safety policies and report any quality issues promptly.
