Cozzini Bros., Inc. in Hopewell Junction, NY is seeking a reliable team player for our sharpening line. You will operate a section of our modern knife sharpening process, grinding, edging and honing blades for delivery to customers.

Join a fast-paced facility with check-in, sharpening, honing, dishwashing, sanitation, quality control and box out stations. We offer a Monday-Thursday schedule from 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM, with a 3-day weekend.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to rotate through all sharpening tasks and maintain throughput.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate a section of the sharpening line and maintain line throughput and quality.
• Perform tasks in grinding, edging, honing, buffing, sanitizing, drying and box out.
• Rotate through all tasks and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Report issues with knife quality or quantity variances to management.
