Job summary

Kincaid’s Hamburgers, a Fort Worth staple, is hiring a Fry Cook to ensure all fried items are cooked to the Food Manual specifications in a presentable and timely manner. You will set up and close the fry station, maintain cleanliness, and work closely with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality burgers and fries.

The role requires strict adherence to safety protocols, proper uniform, and accurate order execution.

Qualifications

• Reading and following food safety guidelines.
• Ability to read tickets and ensure correct orders.

• Maintain portion sizes, quality, and ticket times.
• Ensure fry station is stocked, clean, and organized.

A Fry Cook is responsible for ensuring all fried menu items are cooked to the exact specifications stated in the Food Manual in a presentable and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Properly sets-up and closes down the fry station.
• Follows cooking methods and process standards according to the Food Manual.
• Complies with standard portion sizes, quality standards and ticket time requirements.
• Reads bag to ensure complete and correct orders.
• Communicates with kitchen team.
• Ensures fry station is always stocked, clean, and neat. Clean as you go.
• Adheres to all safety protocols.
• Always maintains a clean and proper uniform.
• Any other duties assigned by management.

Physical Requirements:

• Stands during entire shift.
• Lifts and carries cases weighing up to 30 pounds.
