Kincaid’s Hamburgers in the Fort Worth area is seeking a Fry Cook to ensure all fried items are cooked to exact specifications and served promptly.

You will set up the fry station, follow Food Manual methods, maintain proper portion sizes and cleanliness, communicate with kitchen staff, and adhere to safety and uniform standards.

Responsabilidades

• Properly sets-up and closes down the fry station.
• Follows cooking methods and process standards according to the Food Manual.
• Complies with standard portion sizes, quality standards and ticket time requirements.
• Reads bag to ensure complete and correct orders.
• Communicates with kitchen team.
• Ensures fry station is always stocked, clean, and neat. Clean as you go.
• Adheres to all safety protocols.
• Always maintains a clean and proper uniform.
• Any other duties assigned by management.

Job Description:

A Fry Cook is responsible for ensuring all fried menu items are cooked to the exact specifications stated in the Food Manual in a presentable and timely manner.

• Stands during entire shift.
