The ideal candidate has postgraduate public health training, 3+ years in health program coordination, and strong Hindi/English communication.

Qualifications

Post-graduation or higher qualification in Public health/Community health/Social Sciences or related discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in program coordination, management and monitoring in health or social sectors.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; strong communication skills in Hindi and English.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and managerial assistance for PM-JAY implementation at district level.
Monitor processes and results at district and facility level as per PM-JAY M&E framework.
Conduct spot checks and audits as directed by the state team; propose corrective actions.
Lead implementation of corrective measures and prepare regional reports.
Coordinate with state office staff and consultants during monitoring visits.
