Qualifications

• Master’s/Post graduation in Public Health/Health Care Management/Hospital Administration/Biological Science or equivalent
• Good knowledge in project management, field team management, stakeholder engagement, governmental liaison, partner and collaborator management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word/PowerPoint/Excel
• Demonstrable experience of team building and project coordination
• Experience with national/international organizations in project coordination/management positions
• Experience liaising with stakeholders and national/international donors

Responsibilities

• Supervision and monitoring of district project team members to ensure efficiency and timely delivery
• Conduct training of district team members for successful project delivery
• Ensure thorough documentation of project efforts, learning and achievements
• Coordinate with vendors/consultants to ensure high-quality output on time and cost
• Prepare weekly/quarterly/monthly/annual reports and presentations for dissemination to stakeholders
• Travel within or beyond program areas as required (10–30%)
