Job summary

Amazon's Leadership Accelerator (ALA) Product Manager Internship is a 12-week, Seattle-based program designed for MBA graduates to become transformative product leaders. You will work with senior leaders, craft PR/FAQs, and guide data-driven decisions on major initiatives.

You will collaborate with architects and engineers to validate prototypes, develop business cases, and influence product direction while receiving mentorship to accelerate your journey toward senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in MBA program with expected graduation Dec 2027–Jun 2028.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Data-driven decision-making skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with bias for action.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable with technical discussions.
• 3+ years of relevant full-time industry or military experience.
• Background in product management, technology, or related field.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies.
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and define success metrics for your project.
• Develop business cases and PR/FAQs to communicate value.
• Own significant product initiatives from ideation to prototype.
