PM Housekeeping Supervisor - Hilton Cabana Miami Beach Resort (Finance)

The Hilton Cabana Miami Beach Resort is looking to welcome a Housekeeping Supervisor to join the team! The hotel features 231 newly renovated guest rooms overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with direct access to the beach.

Ideal Candidate: Prior experience in hotel housekeeping and supervisory roles. Hands-on, organized, and detail-oriented individuals are preferred.

Shift Pattern: Typical PM shifts from 3pm-11:30pm. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and supervise Room Attendants and Housepersons to ensure cleanliness and quality standards
• Assess inventory, assign cleaning tasks, and inspect rooms
• Report room status and discrepancies
• Manage payroll, work schedules, and inventory
• Coordinate with Engineering for maintenance and repairs
• Perform duties of Room Attendant and Houseperson as needed
• Assist in performance evaluations
• Respond promptly to guest requests
