Job Description - PM Housekeeping Supervisor - Hilton Cabana Miami Beach Resort (HOT0BKVC)

Work Location: Hilton Cabana Miami Beach, 6261 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33140

The Hilton Cabana Miami Beach Resort is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team! The hotel features 231 newly renovated guest rooms overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with direct beach access.

Ideal Candidate: Prior hotel housekeeping and supervisory experience, hands-on, organized, detail-oriented.

Shift Pattern: Typical PM shifts from 3pm-11:30pm; flexibility to work weekends/holidays required.

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and supervise Room Attendants and Housepersons to ensure cleanliness and quality standards
  • Assess inventory, assign cleaning tasks, and inspect rooms
  • Report room status and discrepancies
  • Manage payroll, schedules, and inventory
  • Coordinate with Engineering for maintenance needs
  • Perform duties as needed
  • Assist in performance evaluations
  • Respond to guest requests promptly and efficiently
