The Hilton Cabana Miami Beach Resort (https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/miambhf-hilton-cabana-miami-beach-resort/) is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The hotel features 231 renovated guest rooms with ocean views and direct beach access.

Our ideal candidate has prior hotel housekeeping and supervisory experience. We seek someone who is hands-on, organized, and detail-oriented.

Shift Pattern

Typical PM shifts from 3pm to 11:30pm. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.

Pay Rate

$18.00 per hour

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will lead, train, and supervise Room Attendants and Housepersons to ensure outstanding guest service and cleanliness standards. Your tasks include:

• Leading and training team members
• Assessing inventory and assigning cleaning tasks
• Inspecting rooms and public areas
• Managing reports, schedules, and inventories
• Coordinating with Maintenance for repairs
• Performing duties as needed
• Assisting in performance evaluations
• Responding to guest requests promptly
