The Mills House in Charleston, SC, is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily operations and maintain our high cleanliness standards, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a historic, upscale hotel.

You will lead a team of housekeepers, train and motivate staff, perform inspections, manage schedules, and coordinate with front desk and maintenance to ensure seamless service and a pristine property for every guest.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in housekeeping or cleaning
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual a plus
• Read, write and speak English fluently
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Proficiency with housekeeping software and systems
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
