Job summary

The Mills House, part of the Davidson Hospitality Group in Charleston, SC, is seeking a Steward Supervisor to lead the stewarding team and ensure spotless operations in our kitchen and related areas. You will manage staff, schedules, and inventory while maintaining the high cleanliness standard our historic hotel is known for.

Ideal candidates bring prior steward supervisory experience, strong leadership, attention to detail, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Steward Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Read, write and speak English fluently
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
