The Raleigh Marriott City Center is seeking a PM Line Cook to join our culinary team. You will prepare and present dishes with consistency, accuracy, and attention to food safety and guest preferences.

This full‑time on-site role requires reliability, adherence to recipes and SOPs, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. You’ll collaborate with teammates to maintain quality and timely service in a fast-paced hotel kitchen.

Qualifications

• Prepare food of consistent quality following brand recipe cards
• Document all food containers with rotations per SOP
• Adhere to safety standards at all times
• Report to work in full clean uniform on time
• Cook orders with attention to guest requests and special needs
• Be proactive with ordering, pars, food preparations and equipment upkeep to avoid service obstacles
• Must be available weekends and holidays

Responsibilities
