Job summary

B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a PM Dishwasher at Holiday Inn Dulles. You will clean and sanitize dishware, operate the dish machine, and support kitchen cleanliness and efficiency.

Hours are 5pm to 12am. Prior dishwashing experience is preferred, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment. The base pay ranges from $17 to $18 per hour.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dish Room / Washing Duties: Maintain the dish machine, wash dishes, ensure proper storage and cleanliness.
• Cleaning: remove trash, break down boxes, perform deep cleaning tasks and routine kitchen sanitation.
• Guest Service: anticipate and respond to needs of internal and external customers.
• Cost Control: use equipment properly, monitor chemicals, reduce waste and breakage.
• Works Safely: maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all regulations and procedures.
• Self Management: plan, organize, and prioritize work; attend required meetings and follow attendance policy.
• Other Duties: assist with banquet plating, prep work, and related duties as needed.
