Responsibilities

• Dish Room / Washing Duties: Maintains the dish machine and cleans and stores dishes properly.
• Cleaning: Removes trash, breaks down boxes, cleans floors, and assists with deep cleaning.
• Guest Service: Anticipates needs and assists others to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Cost Control: Uses equipment and chemicals efficiently to reduce costs.
• Works Safely: Maintains a clean, safe work area and follows regulations.
• Self Management: Plans and prioritizes work, attends meetings, and follows attendance policies.
• Other Duties: May plate for banquets and assist in other areas as needed.
