Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dish Room / Washing Duties: maintain the dish machine and proper storage of dishes.
• Cleaning: remove trash, assist with kitchen cleaning, and seasonal deep cleaning tasks.
• Guest Service: respond to internal/external requests as needed.
• Cost Control: monitor use of dishwashing chemicals and minimize waste.
• Works Safely: follow health regulations and hotel procedures.
• Self Management: manage workload and attend required meetings.
• Other Duties: assist with banquet support and food preparation as needed.
