Job summary

McCain Foods USA, Inc. is seeking a Utility Worker – Fryer Pool in Wisconsin Rapids for the PM shift (6PM-6AM) on a 2-2-3 schedule.

The role supports multiple production lines, performs sanitation, changeovers, and waste management while enforcing safety and quality standards. Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of machine operating experience, the ability to obtain forklift certification, and comfort with data entry in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant machine operating experience required, preferably in manufacturing (food manufacturing preferred).
• Ability to obtain forklift certification required.
• Demonstrates a digital-first mindset and accurately entering data.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production areas and assist operators during breaks or changeovers.
• Perform daily sanitation tasks and participate in factory clean-ups.
• Manage waste totes by transporting, cleaning, and data entry.
• Maintain lab equipment and complete forklift checklists to support quality goals.
• Adhere to safety regulations and keep the work area neat and orderly.
