Job summary

McCain Foods USA, Inc. in Wisconsin Rapids is seeking a Utility Worker P3 for the 3rd shift (10 PM–6 AM). You will remove foreign material, trim defects, and sort product on the production line, while keeping a clean, safe work area and following sanitation standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, manufacturing experience preferred, and forklift certification. You will join a team focused on quality, safety, and continuous improvement, with competitive pay and shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working in manufacturing and/or food manufacturing strongly preferred.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification required.
• Maintains a continuous learning mindset and adapts quickly to new equipment, processes, and roles.
• Communicates clearly with all levels of the organization, follows instructions, and completes necessary documentation independently.

Responsibilities

• Remove foreign material and defects from the production line.
• Hand-sort and inspect product and bags to ensure sanitation standards.
• Form cases, prepare bags, and operate at line speed with a clean area.
• Work safely in extreme temperatures and noisy environments, supporting continuous improvement.
• Notify supervisors of quality or production issues and perform other duties as assigned.
