Job summary

You’ll efficiently insert patties onto the flight belt, collaborate with teammates, perform quality checks, and help clear line jams to keep operations flowing. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to obtain forklift certification, and a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; food production experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and accurate documentation in English.

Responsibilities

• Insert patties onto the flight belt while maintaining ergonomic practices.
• Collaborate with teammates to inspect products, clear line jams, and engage in quality assurance processes.
• Report any product or operational issues to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain a clean work area, complete plant clean-up, and perform additional assigned tasks.
• Enter data accurately using digital tools.
