Integrated Support Solutions Inc. (ISSI) seeks an EVS Supervisor to oversee hospital room cleaning in Dahlonega, Georgia.

This is a PM shift role with weekends required, supervising staff and ensuring high cleanliness standards. The ideal candidate has at least three years of supervisory experience in housekeeping, experience with floor care and OR cleaning preferred, and excellent organizational and people skills.

Requirements

The EVS Supervisor helps oversee all housekeeping activities at the facility, according to standards assigned by the department manager and company.

• The qualified candidate will maintain the highest possible standards of service and cleanliness, good public relationships, and excellent customer service.
• The qualified candidate will supervise a small staff, as well as perform daily tasks/cleaning services him/herself.
• Three years of previous supervisory experience in the housekeeping field required.
• Prior experience with floor care and OR cleaning preferred.

The qualified candidate should be organized, a self-starter, detail oriented, punctual and have good people skills. The qualified candidate should demonstrate a positive, encouraging and teamwork attitude. The qualified candidate must maintain a professional appearance.
