Spire Hospitality, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our PM shift team at High Peaks Resort in Lake Placid. You will help maintain building systems, respond to guest requests, and ensure all facilities operate safely and efficiently.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (trade school a plus) and at least one year of hotel maintenance experience. Strong teamwork, safety knowledge, and the ability to lift 50 lbs are essential.

This role will provide amazing guest service during the PM shift while maintaining the full operational functionality of the building. You and the entire engineering team are responsible for the repair, service, and preventative maintenance of all things within and outside of the hotel building. Wage: Hourly $22.00-$24.00 commensurate experience
