Job summary

Manor Vail Lodge, located in Vail, CO, is seeking a PM Dishwasher to join as a full-time or part-time seasonal associate. The role pays $20.00-$22.00 per hour and requires weekend/holiday availability with shifts typically from 12pm to 10pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior kitchen/dishwashing experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, polish, and store dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, cutting, and chopping vegetables, fruits, meats, and seafood.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing and food prep areas, ensuring all areas meet sanitation standards.
• Dispose of garbage, recycling, and compost in the appropriate bins, ensuring the work area remains clean and tidy throughout the shift.
• Properly store clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools in their designated locations.
