Job summary

Cafe Zupas is seeking a Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. This role offers a defined career path with opportunities for raises and promotions, along with a set schedule that excludes Sundays, early mornings, or late nights.

You will enjoy a free house-made meal with every shift and contribute to a fast-paced, team-driven kitchen environment. Responsibilities include preparing fresh ingredients, cooking house-made soups and dressings, and maintaining a clean kitchen and lobby.

Qualifications

• Kitchen team member role requires a willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a busy environment.
• Quick learner and able to follow prep and cooking steps as needed.
• Kitchen experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh produce for menu items.
• Cook house-made soups, spreads, and dressings daily.
• Organize and maintain a clean lobby.
• Manage the advanced dishwasher.

• Available to work at least three to five shifts a week
• Kitchen experience preferred; not required
