Job summary

Marriott Norfolk Waterside in Norfolk, VA is seeking a dishwashing/kitchen support role. You will operate dishwashing equipment, clean and sanitize dishes and utensils, and help maintain a clean kitchen and storage area. The role supports hotel operations with a focus on safety and sanitation.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of food & beverage experience; hospitality experience is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent work experience is required.

Qualifications: Physical Requirements

• Carry trays weighing approximately 20 pounds
• Push and pull carts and equipment up to 100 pounds
• Stand and move throughout shifts
• Work in various hotel areas, including the restaurant and kitchen
• Adapt to changing temperatures and noise levels
• Work indoors and outdoors as needed
