Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Follow directions from Manager on Duty
- Comply with all legal statutes and Razzoos policies
- Follow recipes precisely and have them accessible during cooking
- Adhere to line procedures without shortcuts
- Use scales and measuring tools accurately
- Cook food to the required times with urgency
- Prioritize food tickets efficiently
- Prepare plates consistently, with proper garnishing and presentation
- Follow Cook To Order philosophy, avoiding pre-cooking
- Follow proper food thawing, labeling, dating, and rotation procedures
- Handle food and knives safely, maintaining sanitation
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment
- Manage food levels on the line appropriately
- Ensure station cleanliness and safety before leaving
- Report unsafe conditions
- Use chemicals safely per OSHA MSDS
