Job summary

Hyatt Centric Las Olas is seeking a cook to prepare quality food in a safe, efficient manner. You will follow recipes, control portions, and ensure proper handling and presentation of dishes. The role requires standing for long periods and the ability to work weekends and holidays.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year cooking experience and can maintain FIFO, assist with prep and inventory, and support a fast-paced hospitality team committed to guest satisfaction.

Overview: A Kolter Hospitality Cook uses innovation and delivers service excellence to our guests.
