Fulton Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Gloversville, NY, is seeking a PM Cook to join our kitchen team. The role involves preparing, cooking, and serving a variety of foods and baking rolls, cookies, cakes, and pies.

You will work on the tray line during meal service and help with general kitchen cleanup and sanitation. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of large-scale cooking experience, knowledge of therapeutic food prep, excellent customer service, and the ability to lift up

• Strong knowledge of large scale & therapeutic food prep
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Excellent customer service & communication skills

• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum one (1) year of experience in large‑scale cooking - preffered
• Strong knowledge of large scale & therapeutic food prep
• Must be able to do some physical work-lift 50 lbs
• Should be a strong team player
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Excellent customer service & communication skills
• Will manage Kitchen in absence of food service director-as needed.
