DeckTech is looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead projects, subcontractors, and field crews from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

As a Construction Superintendent, you'll take ownership of projects in the field and make sure they are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to DeckTech's quality standards.

You’ll be responsible for:

Leading and coordinating subcontractors and field crews

Managing multiple residential construction projects

Creating and maintaining daily and weekly schedules

Planning ahead to prevent delays and jobsite problems

Inspecting workmanship and holding crews accountable to quality standards

Communicating clearly with homeowners, subcontractors, and vendors

Solving problems quickly when unexpected challenges arise

Maintaining clean, organized, professional job sites

Ensuring safety procedures and construction requirements are followed

Reviewing plans, scopes of work, and project details before and during construction

Taking ownership of projects from startup through final completion

Compensation:

$85,000 - $125,000 yearly
