Responsabilidades

• Supervise and assist residents with activities of daily living
• Serve meals to residents and assist with feeding as needed
• Provide person-centered care based on each resident care plan
• Take and record vital signs
• Perform patient care as directed by RN/LPN according to policy
• Respond to patient requests and communicate needs
• Assist in transferring residents
• Document care records each shift
• Ensure cleanliness and dignity of residents
• Maintain good communication with residents, loved ones, and staff
