Job summary

SanStone Health & Rehabilitation is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on the PM shift in North Carolina. This full-time role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Candidates must have current nursing aide certification in North Carolina and be ready to join a dedicated team of health care professionals. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, CNAs will support residents with daily living activities, assist with meals, document care, take vital signs, and ensure the dignity and comfort

• Must have current nursing aide certification in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Serve meals to residents and assist with feeding as needed.
• Provide person-centered care to each resident based on their care plan.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Perform patient care as directed by RN/LPN in a safe manner according to policy and procedure.
• Respond directly to patient requests and appropriately communicate the patient's needs.
• Assist in properly transferring residents.
• Document records of care for every assigned resident each shift.
• Assure the cleanliness and dignity of each resident.
• Possess good communication skills to interact with residents, their loved ones, and other staff members.
