Margate Health and Rehabilitation in Jefferson, NC is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on PM shift. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time positions. Must have current North Carolina nursing aide certification.

Join a dedicated team focusing on person-centered care and resident dignity. Under direction of the Director of Nursing, CNAs will assist residents with daily living, take vital signs, help with meals, and document care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist residents with activities of daily living
• Serve meals to residents and assist with feeding as needed
• Provide person-centered care to each resident based on their care plan
• Take and record vital signs
• Perform patient care as directed by RN/LPN in a safe manner
• Respond directly to patient requests and communicate needs
• Assist in properly transferring residents
• Document care records for every resident each shift
• Assure the cleanliness and dignity of each resident
• Possess good communication skills to interact with residents, their loved ones, and other staff members
