Mi Vida Philadelphia is seeking experienced bartenders to join our East Market location. You will provide friendly, knowledgeable service, craft cocktails quickly, and maintain a clean, stocked bar in a high-energy setting.

Qualifications

• Prior bartending experience in a high-volume setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer and wine.
• Ability to execute cocktails quickly and consistently.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Solid knowledge of responsible alcohol service.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and stocked station.
• Professional and dependable team player.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive service to bar guests.
• Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain proper bar setup throughout service.
• Keep the bar, equipment, glassware, and service areas clean and organized.
• Complete opening and closing side work.
• Maintain accurate knowledge of the menu, cocktails, ingredients, and current offerings.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen, servers, and management.
• Follow all company procedures for cash handling, alcohol service, sanitation, and guest safety.
• Help create an energetic and welcoming environment for every guest.

Mi Vida Philadelphia is looking for experienced, energetic, and hospitality-focused Bartenders to join our team at our East Market location.

We are a high-volume, full-service Mexican restaurant focused on great food, thoughtful cocktails, genuine hospitality, and an energetic guest experience. We’re looking for bartenders who know how to take care of guests while maintaining the pace, organization, and attention to detail required in a busy restaurant.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
• Ability to execute cocktails quickly and consistently
• Excellent guest service and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Strong knowledge of responsible alcohol service
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
• Reliable, professional, and dependable
• Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work closely with servers, support staff, and management
