Job summary

Mi Vida Philadelphia is seeking experienced, energetic bartenders to join our East Market location. We are a high-volume, full-service Mexican restaurant focused on great food, thoughtful cocktails, genuine hospitality, and an energetic guest experience.

We’re looking for bartenders who can take care of guests while maintaining pace, organization, and attention to detail in a busy setting. The ideal candidate has cocktail knowledge, guest service skills, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Strong knowledge of responsible alcohol service.
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive service to bar guests.
• Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain proper bar setup throughout service.
• Keep the bar, equipment, glassware, and service areas clean and organized.
• Complete opening and closing side work.
• Maintain accurate knowledge of the menu, cocktails, ingredients, and current offerings.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen, servers, and management.
• Follow all company procedures for cash handling, alcohol service, sanitation, and guest safety.
• Help create an energetic and welcoming environment for every guest.
