Vista Prairie Communities' Windmill Ponds Assisted Living in Alexandria, MN is seeking a Lead Evening Caregiver to mentor CNAs and Resident Assistants on the evening shift. You will guide, train, and support staff, adjust schedules with the Community Care Manager, and participate on the floor delivering resident care as needed.

Pay and benefits

$23.50-$25.00/hour, based on experience. Schedule

Full-time, evening shift, 80 hours per two-week pay period, every other weekend, with on-call every four weeks.
