KnitWell Group in Maple Grove, MN seeks a Lane Bryant Associate to create a hospitable store environment through proactive customer engagement. You will contribute to achieving company goals by understanding customer needs and representing current fashion trends with confidence.

The role requires strong sales or hospitality background, a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and comfort with mobile tech such as iPad and registers.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience; able to meet/exceed performance standards.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends & holidays.
• Proficient with mobile tech (Registers & iPad) to engage customers.
• Able to lift/move fixtures and merchandise up to 25 lbs; may lift 50 lbs with help.
• Able to reach items up to shoulder level and use a 12-foot ladder for overhead tasks.
