Job summary

KnitWell Group, operating Lane Bryant stores, seeks a personable Associate to create a hospitable store environment and deliver exceptional customer service. You will engage with customers, share product knowledge, and support the brand experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires strong communication, sales or hospitality background, and comfort with mobile devices for checkout and engagement. Regular part-time schedule and on-site work at the Tulalip, WA location are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient and confident utilizing mobile technology (e.g. Registers and iPad) to engage with customers.
• Lift/move store fixtures and merchandise up to 25 pounds regularly; up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Retrieve merchandise from high places and occasional ladder work (up to 12 feet).

• Sales and Service: Identify customer needs and build relationships to reinforce the brand experience.
• Share and represent current products, fit and fashion trends with customers to wardrobe and inspire confidence.
