The KnitWell Group family of brands is seeking a Lane Bryant Associate to create a hospitable store environment. You will engage with customers to understand needs and guide fashion choices, contributing to store goals.

Strong communication and a passion for fashion will help you connect with our inclusive customer base. This role requires flexibility, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and brand standards in Davenport, IA.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred with ability to meet/exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient using mobile technology (Registers and iPad) to engage with customers.
• Able to move/store merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds; occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Comfortable climbing up to a 12-foot ladder for overhead tasks.
