Job summary

KnitWell Group is hiring a Lane Bryant Associate in Geneva, IL to create a hospitable store environment by engaging customers and driving brand experiences. You will help customers with product knowledge, fashion trends, and personalized service to build enduring relationships.

The role supports flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and requires comfort with mobile devices at the point of sale.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient and confident utilizing mobile technology (e.g. Registers and iPad) to engage with customers.
• Adjust or move store fixtures including garment racks, mannequins, shipment boxes or merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds frequently; may need to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Retrieve merchandise displayed or stored above shoulder level; may climb a 12-foot ladder for overhead tasks.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Service: Identifies customer needs & wants with curiosity and confidence; shares current products, fit and fashion trends to wardrobe, inspire and build trust.
• Operations: Supports store operations; protects assets; follows company policies and employment laws.
