Job summary

Mays Plus is seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in Bartlesville, OK. You will help elderly individuals and those with disabilities stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes, providing personal care and meal support as needed.

We offer flexible hours, the possibility to train locally, and a chance to make a meaningful difference in the community. No previous experience is required, and family-friendly scheduling is possible.

Qualifications

• Mature, dependable and caring attitude.

What You’ll Do

As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you’ll help elderly individuals and those with disabilities remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.

You’ll provide support with:

• Personal care and bathing
• Meal preparation
• Assistance with daily activities
• Companionship and general support

What You’ll Bring

• A mature, dependable, and caring attitude

• Dependable transportation
• Valid driver’s license and liability insurance
• Ability to pass required OSBI screening
