Job summary

Mays Plus is hiring a part-time PCA to support the elderly and disabled with daily living activities in Fort Towson, OK. You will help with light housekeeping, errands, personal care, and meals, while maintaining a compassionate, team-oriented approach.

No experience or certification required initially; OSBI screening and a valid license/insurance are needed. We offer training to the right applicant and a locally focused role.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a mature and caring attitude.
• Works as a team member and follows instructions.
• Communicates well with client and team members.
• Must pass OSBI screening and have valid driver’s license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with light housekeeping, errands, bathing and personal care.
• Provide meal prep assistance and companionship to the elderly or disabled.
• Follow care plan and document/an communicate with supervisor as needed.

As a PCA, you will work with the elderly and those with disabilities assisting with a wide range of services such as: light housekeeping, running errands, bathing, assisting in personal care, meal prep, etc.

Qualifications:Demonstrates a mature and caring attitude. Works as a team member and accepts verbal and written instructions. Communicates well with client and team members. Must pass OSBI screening, have a telephone, dependable transportation, a valid driver’s license and liability insurance. CNA/CHHA certification is beneficial, but not required.
