Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking a part-time PCA to support elderly and disabled clients with light housekeeping, errands, personal care, and meal preparation. The role emphasizes compassionate, team-based care and does not require prior certifications, though CNA/CHHA is advantageous. OSBI screening and a valid driver's license are required. Training will be provided.

The position offers flexible hours, local work, and a competitive wage to reflect caregiving responsibilities in the community.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a mature and caring attitude.

• Communicates well with client and team members.
• Must pass OSBI screening and have a valid driver’s license and liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist elderly and disabled with light housekeeping, errands, bathing, personal care, and meal prep.
• Support clients with daily living activities and mobility as needed.
• Follow care plans and communicate changes to supervisor.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment for clients.

As a PCA, you will work with the elderly and those with disabilities assisting with a wide range of services such as: light housekeeping, running errands, bathing, assisting in personal care, meal prep, etc.

Qualifications: Demonstrates a mature and caring attitude. Works as a team member and accepts verbal and written instructions. Communicates well with client and team members. Must pass OSBI screening, have a telephone, dependable transportation, a valid driver’s license and liability insurance. CNA/CHHA certification is beneficial, but not required.
