Job summary

Beehive Plumbing is seeking a skilled Plumbing Warranty Technician to respond to warranty claims, recalls, and quality inspections on past installations. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair plumbing components in residential and light commercial settings, while clearly communicating options and warranty coverage to customers.

The role requires 3+ years in residential plumbing, strong troubleshooting, and a valid Apprentice license (Journeyman a plus).

Qualifications

3+ years of residential plumbing service or installation experience.
Experience diagnosing and correcting plumbing installation defects preferred.
Journeyman Plumber license is a plus; Apprentice license required.
Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve warranty, recall, and callback issues in homes and light commercial properties.
Inspect completed installations to verify workmanship and code compliance.
Repair or replace plumbing components including water heaters, fixtures, piping, valves, and drainage.
Identify root causes and propose corrective actions to prevent future callbacks.
Communicate findings and warranty coverage clearly with customers.
Document inspections and repairs in company systems.
Collaborate with teams to address quality concerns and improve processes.
Maintain compliance with local codes and safety standards.
Keep vehicle and tools organized and ready for service.
Represent Beehive Plumbing professionally in every interaction.
