Job summary

BonnaVilla in Aurora, Nebraska, seeks a Production Construction - Plumbing Tester to perform plumbing tests on unit systems and assist with related tasks under supervision.

Responsibilities include reading tape measures and blueprints, conducting flood, drain, air and waterline tests, installing water closets and shower arms, repairing holes, connecting lines, preparing testing plugs, and completing related computer work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, or GED preferred.
• Experience with construction methods and the use of a large variety of construction tools is required.
• Plumbing knowledge is required.
• Preferred: knowledge to perform testing and quality control checks on construction operations.

Responsibilities

• Read a tape measure and blue prints.
• Performs the flood / drain tests on the plumbing system of each unit.
• Performs air / waterline tests on the plumbing system of each unit.
• Assemble and installs water closets.
• Repair all holes and tears in the underside of the home.
• Hook up drain and water lines on sinks.
• Install plugs and bypasses for testing.
• Install shower arms on all showers.
• Complete all computer work.
