Job summary

Bonnavilla is seeking a Production Construction - Plumbing Tester to perform plumbing tests on unit systems, read tapes and blueprints, and assist with other plumbing tasks as directed by the supervisor.

This full-time position requires plumbing knowledge, reading construction plans, and the ability to use a variety of construction tools. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, life insurance, disability benefits, and more.

Qualifications

• Experience with construction methods and the use of a large variety of construction tools.
• Knowledge to perform testing and quality control checks on construction operations.
• Plumbing knowledge is required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Read a tape measure and blueprints.
• Perform flood/drain tests on the plumbing system of each unit.
• Perform air/waterline tests on the plumbing system of each unit.
• Assemble and install water closets.
• Repair holes and tears in the underside of the home.
• Hook up drain and water lines on sinks.
• Install plugs and bypasses for testing.
• Install shower arms on all showers.
• Complete all computer work.
