Job summary

GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking a Service Technician - Plumbing to diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing across our multifamily communities. You’ll handle leaks, water heater issues, and drainage while ensuring systems run efficiently and residents experience a high-quality living environment.

You’ll work hands-on with the maintenance team, manage work orders, and assist in safety and preventative maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3-5 years of hands-on plumbing experience in residential or multifamily settings.
• EPA/CPO or CAMT certifications preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use basic plumbing tools.
• Knowledge of safety rules and local codes; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks and clogs.
• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing fixtures and water heaters.
• Document service requests and communicate progress to the Service Manager.
• Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing systems and coordinate with outside contractors as needed.
• Walk properties to identify maintenance needs and assist with safety compliance.
